PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte film having a surface on which, wrinkles are eliminated or reduced. SOLUTION: A solution of polymer, containing fluorine polymer, composed of vinylidene fluoride as a main unit, blowing agent, and solvent, is painted on a base material, and a porous film, made of the fluorine polymer formed by volatilizing the blowing agent and the solvent in the solution of polymer, is peeled off from the base material, and a heat treatment with the temperature of more than 60 deg.C is applied to the peeled porous film, and the porous film is impregnated with electrolyte liquid containing lithium salt. |
