PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable more precise control by using resolution of a D-A converter effectively. SOLUTION: This rotating driving device is provided with a rotational voltage driving means 13 for driving a rotating body 1 with a voltage, a rotational speed detecting means 3 for generating detection pulses corresponding to a rotational speed of the body 1, a rotational reference pulse generating means 8 for generating rotational reference pulses, a phase comparing means 4 for detecting phase error between the detection pulses and the rotational reference pulses as an analog signal, a quantizing means 25 for quantizing a phase error signal from the phase comparing means 4, a digital servo control means 20 which takes in quantized information as control feed back information from the quantizing means 25 and performs digital servo control, and a digital-analog conversion means 22 which converts a digital servo signal from the digital servo control means 20 into an analog signal and supplies it to the rotational voltage driving means 13. A reference voltage of the digital-analog conversion means 2 is switched over or changed in accordance with a frequency of the rotation reference pulses. |
