<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably regenerate a clock for improving the quality of transmission control. SOLUTION: A clock information generating means 11 generates clock information from a data processing clock, a difference sequence information generating means 12 generates difference sequence information from the clock information, a pseudo-clock sequence information generating means 13 generates pseudo- clock sequence information and a pseudo-difference sequence information generating means 14 generates pseudo-difference sequence information from the pseudo- clock information. An matching detection control means 15 detects the identity of the difference sequence information using the pseudo-difference sequence information, to take quasi-clock information, corresponding to the identified pseudo-difference sequence information as first synchronous pseudo-clock information and detects the identity of the clock information with the pseudo-clock information, to take the identified pseudo-clock information as second pseudo- clock information. A switching output control means 16 outputs any of the clock information and the first and second synchronous pseudo-clock information, based on the network condition.</p> |
