The temperature sensor has a sensor element (1), with temperature-dependent electrical characteristics and associated electrical leads (3,4), used for measuring the latter, contained within a shrink-fit sleeve (2) made of a modified polytetrafluoroethylene, having a wall thickness of above 0.5 mm and a length sufficient for ensuring its projection from the stator winding.
