<p>Cell death inducers for mast cells comprising a fused protein composed of a PTD and an MITF variant as the active ingredient; preventives/remedies for diseases in which mast cells participate; fused proteins composed of His Tag, a PTD and an MITF variant wherein the MITF variant is an mi variant, a wh variant, an HLH fragment or an A type N-terminal domain (1-305) fragment of MITF and PTD is a TAT-origin peptide; DNAs encoding the fused proteins; and a process for producing such a fused protein with the use of gene engineering techniques. The fused proteins have effects of inhibiting the activity of endogenous MITF via migration into mast cells, inhibiting the survival of mast cells from precursor cells, inducing the cell death (apoptosis) of mature mast cells, etc.</p> |
