A combination preparation (I) consists of an emulsion containing at least 2% natural emu oil (Dromiceius oil) and at least 0.15 wt. % of a polysaccharide of beta -glucan type as active agents, together with nonionic emulsifiers, penetration promoting oils, antioxidants and preservatives.
