SYSTEM WHEREIN CENTER STATION POLLS BY SNAPSHOT TO MONITOR POWER CONSUMPTION OF A PLURALITY OF LOCAL STATIONS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor system, based upon a personal computer, for instantaneously monitoring the individual energy consumptions of a plurality of local users present behind meters of an electric power company which display the total energy consumption from a trunk line. SOLUTION: To create bills to the local users present behind meters, the personal computer(PC) monitors the energy that each user consumes by using a two-way communication line (INCOM). Respective user stations store the total energy as commanded by the personal computer and the personal computer retrieves values stored by addressing the stations to create the bills.
