PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a finger printing resistant steel sheet is provided to obtain finger printing resistance, corrosion resistance, forming property and friction characteristics by phosphate and Cr-free treating and finger printing resistant coating a galvanized steel sheet, and minimize cost by reducing Cr-free coating amount. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a finger printing resistant steel sheet comprises the steps of forming a phosphate layer(22) on the galvanized steel sheet by dipping a galvanized steel sheet into a bath in which a phosphate treatment solution is contained; forming a Cr-free coating layer(23) on the phosphate layer by coating a resin based Cr-free solution on the surface of the phosphate layer of the galvanized steel sheet by spraying or roll coating; and drying the finger printing resistant resin coating layer after coating finger printing resistant resin thereby forming a finger printing resistant resin coating layer(24) on the surface of the Cr-free coating layer, wherein adhesion amount of the phosphate is 0.1 to 2.5 g/m¬2, coating amount of the resin based Cr-free solution is 20 to 150 mg/m¬2 and contains 3 to 10 wt.% of solid, and adhesion amount of the finger printing resistant resin is 40 to 200 mg/m¬2.
