PURPOSE: A waterproof device for connecting electric wires is provided to prevent a lamp embedded in an electric sign or an advertising sign from getting out of order by preventing alien substances or rain from soaking into connecting parts of each wire. CONSTITUTION: A waterproof device for connecting electric wires includes a first member(10) inserted into an electric wire connected to an electricity source part indoors, a second member(12) inserted into electric wires of an electric sign and an advertising sign, a tightening part(14) combined with one ends of the first member and the second member for tightening the one ends of the first member and the second member to completely fix the electric wires at the first member and the second member, a sealing member(16) inserted into each electric wire, and a combining member(17) inserted into the second member and combined with the other end of the first member.
