PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain powdery cosmetic which is liquefied by inuction to ooze out an oil component on use, has no feeling of tackiness, extremely excellent sense of use, can control dryness of the skin, does not adhere to a container in spite of being a preparation rich in an oil component, has an excellent usability, is stably mixed with components even in the case of these components being unstable due to decomposition and changing in quality in the presence of light, oxygen, water, etc., and can sufficiently exhibit their functions. SOLUTION: This powdery cosmetic is characterized in that the cosmetic comprises (a) fluorine treated powder, (b) an oily component having >=2.0×10<-2> N/m surface tension (average) and (c) a component unstable in the presence of any of light, oxygen and water and is liquefied by rubbing.
