PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight ship mooring device having high strength. SOLUTION: The ship mooring device comprises a pair of main frames 5 and 5 formed by connecting together linear hollow bodies divided into a plurality of steps, the hollow bodies being positioned approximately in the form of Y in predetermined spaced relationship and each having a bracket 18 on its inner side face; a plurality of reinforcing frames 6 arranged in the form of X for connecting the pair of main frames together at the brackets; hinge parts 3 formed at the Y-shaped open ends of the main frames and vertically rotatably connected to the sidewalls of a pier; a connection 8 for connecting the Y-shaped closed ends of the main frames together; fenders 7 formed on the outsides of the main frames; rope mooring parts 25 provided at the main frames; and a float 31 secured to the lower portions of the main frames and located inside of the fenders for floating the main frames on the surface of water.
