PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a camera provided with a motor for feeding film and a motor for driving a lens barrel. SOLUTION: A lens barrel gear train 26 is constituted of a worm gear 52, spur gears 53-58 and a bevel gear 59 and transmits the driving force of a lens barrel motor 25 to the lens barrel, so that a photographic lens is moved. A feeding gear train 27 is constituted of only several spur gears and transmits driving force required for feeding the film. The lens barrel gear train 26 and the feeding gear train 27 are assembled on the same surface of a camera bottom part. A worm 50 is faced to a camera front side, and the driving force of the lens barrel motor 25 is transmitted by changing an axial direction by 90 deg. by the worm gear 52. Also, a rotary shaft is changed by 90 deg. by the bevel gear 59 again, so that it is transmitted to a gear having a rotary shaft in parallel with an optical axis. The lens barrel gear train 26 and the feeding gear train 27 are juxtaposed, so that the thickness dimension of the camera is made smaller than in the case of providing the lens barrel gear train 26 on a camera front surface.
