PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad and a construction method for elasticizing a track, which allow effective repair of places of various failures occurring on the track due to a decrease in elastic bearing capacity, which exert an effective influence on a reduction in maintenance work and an improvement in riding comfort, and which easily establish track maintenance at a low cost. SOLUTION: The pad 15 for elasticizing the track, which is used for the construction method for elasticizing the track, is equipped with a bag-shaped pad body wherein at least a part on the side of a top surface has permeability and wherein at least the side of an under surface has impermeability, an elasticity adjusting material which is composed of small pieces of a polymer elastic material presealed in the pad body in a state of uniform dispersion, and a resin injection part wherein a curable elastic resin material is post-injected, in a pressurized state, into the pad body inserted on the side of a bottom of a tie.
