PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matting paste vinyl chloride-based resin which forms a compact matting surface and a molding excellent in mechanical strength and a paste composition comprising the resin. SOLUTION: The resin is obtained by forming a vinyl chloride-based resin outer layer having a thickness of 0.025-0.25μm on a vinyl chloride-based resin particle having an average particle size of 0.5-1.5μm which contains THF insoluble gel of 80 wt.% or more.
