PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom structure which is high in durability and excellent in heat insulating effect. SOLUTION: According to the structure, bathroom framework 1 forms a plurality of square frames, and each frame has a groove 11 in an inner surface thereof in a manner extending between both ends thereof. Then, an outer plate 2 is fitted into the groove 11 so as to block the frame. Further, an inner plate 3 having waterproofing property is arranged on an indoor side of the outer plate 2 so as to face to the same with an interval therebetween. A recessed corner holding member 4 having waterproof property functions to connect the adjacent inner plates 3 together, and it is fixed to the bathroom framework 1. Further, heat reflecting films are stuck to mutually facing surfaces of the outer and inner plates 2, 3, respectively.
