PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set at equal values the tensions of a plurality of wires forming a bundle of wires, while preventing the arrangement of a device from becoming complex. SOLUTION: This wire bundling device 10 comprises a single bobbin 11 for supplying one wire W; a pulley part 12; a wire securing part 13; a control wire securing part 14; a winding part 15; a tension, adjusting part 16 for adjusting the tension of a control wire CW; and a wire bundling part 17 for bundling wires W (wires W1 to Wn). The pulley part 12 comprises plural pairs of stationary pulleys 21a to 24b and plural pairs of dynamic pulleys 25a to 29b. The one wire W is wound alternately around the dynamic pulleys 25a to 29a on one side and around the static pulleys 21a to 24a on the one side, with the tip of the wire secured to the wire securing part 13. The control wire CW is wound alternately around the dynamic pulleys 25b to 29b on the other side and around the static pulleys 21b to 24b on the other side, with one end of the control wire secured to the control wire securing part 14.
