METHOD FOR SEPARATION OF POLYMER PARTICLE DISPERSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method effectively separating polymer particles from a dispersion of the polymer particles, especially capable of producing a toner free from deterioration of image quality such as halation in high yield, in the case the polymer particles are colored polymer particles. SOLUTION: This method separates the polymer particles from the dispersion of the polymer particles by using a centrifugal filter comprising a filter medium having end cross sections connected with each other and fixed by an elastic ring to the inside surface of a rotatable basket having through holes or slits on the side walls.
