SLUDGE SOLUBILIZATION METHOD, SLUDGE SOLUBILIZATION APPARATUS AND DRAINAGE TREATING SYSTEM PROVIDED WITH THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid an enlargement of a whole apparatus and to certainly solubilize a sludge by a cavitation effect of the sludge solubilization apparatus. SOLUTION: After the sludge stored in a storing part A is sampled by a transferring pump 2 and insolubles such as garbages are removed at a pre- treatment part 3, a pressure of the sludge is raised by a pressure pump 41. The pressurized sludge is injected into a solubilizaiton treatment tank 42 by a nozzle and cells of microorganism constituting the sludge are destroyed by cavitation accompanying with this injection to solubilize it. A circulation line 43 for connecting the solubilization treatment tank 42 and a suction side of the pressure pump 41 is provided and large numbers of times of solubilizaition treatments are carried out by circulating the sludge between this circulation line 43 and the solubilization treatment tank 42. Thereafter, the sludge after the solubilizaition treatment is fed to an organism treatment tank of a drainage treating system by a feed pipe 55.
