PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating/sanding booth structure, in which the scattering of dust from a floor in a coating booth or a sanding booth is effectively prevented to attain the excellent result of work with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The coating/sanding booth structure is provided with a working space housing a vehicle and insulated from the outside to carry out coating or sanding work, with an air supply apparatus for supplying air or ionized air from the upside to the inside of the working space and with an exhaust apparatus for discharging the air or the ionized air supplied to the working space to the outside, and a grid shaped frame body which has a surface area for one or more vehicles and on the upper surface of which the vehicle is placed is laid on the floor surface of the working space and water is filled in the frame body.
