PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clear the balance of a game medium supplying card without imposing a burden on a game player or a game parlor even in the case of using an account transfer payment system. SOLUTION: A game medium supplying card balance adjustor in the communication system for processing game media comprises a cash payment means for clearing the balance of a game ball supplying card with cash, an account transfer payment means for transferring the balance of the game medium supplying card from the account of the game parlor to that of a game player whose debit card is inserted therein through an account transfer system, and a balance adjustment selecting means for clearing the balance with cash through the cash payment means when the game medium supplying card is not used.
