PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new program and system to quickly and accurately calculate the development quantities of programs constituted of a plurality of development language which has been totalized by a conventional manual work, and to prepare only a calculating part for calculating the development quantity of new development language even when new development language which is not supported by the development quantity calculating system is used so as to prevent an already existing part from being affected. SOLUTION: This development quantity calculating system for calculating the development quantities of a plurality of development language is provided with a calculating means for calculating the development quantity set for each development language and a calculating means for simultaneously calculating the development quantities of all programs constituted of a plurality of development language by calculating the development quantities of the programs by the calculating means corresponding to the development language of each program.
