PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a ceramic multilayer board which is kept uniform in thickness after baking, by eliminating irregularities on the end of a laminate to improve the ceramic multilayer board in external appearance and by preventing cracks from occurring. SOLUTION: Ceramic green sheets 11a to 11e are stacked, heated and pressed into a laminated 16. The laminate 16 is baked into a ceramic multilayer board in a ceramic multilayer board manufacturing method. At least, one side end 17a of the laminate 16 is cut off. |
