PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly battery pack which becomes unusable, after the characteristics of a cell are deteriorated through improper charging. SOLUTION: This nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery pack has a outer case, and a pack body in which a cell, a heat-sensitive current breaking element comprising a PTC element and/or bimetal, and an external terminal member are connected in annular form, and a temperature fuse is connected to the heat-sensitive current breaking element in series. A heater is connected, in parallel with the heat-sensitive current breaking element and in series with the temperature fuse, in order to flow the temperature fuse, when charge voltage causing deterioration in characteristics of the cell is applied. |
