PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce leakage and infiltration of an unwanted radiation without adding a component, when a board for an operation part is installed at the outside from an enclosure mainframe of a high shielding property, and to provide satisfactory external appearance of a front panel and satisfactory operability of a button. SOLUTION: A case 1 is installed, in such a way that it comprises at least one pair of fixed legs 1A, 1B which are constituted integrally at the outside of the case 1, that an operating circuit board 2 is pressure-welded and fixed directly to the fixed legs, and that the circuit board 2 and the case 1 are brought into mutually electrical continuity to an electrical ground. The operation part 3 is constituted, when it is attached to the circuit board 2, with their mutual positions being not fixed singly, and that when a front plate 4 is attached to the case 1, so as to cover the circuit board 2 and the operation part 3, the operation part 3 is simultaneously positioned and fixed.
