FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed engine has pistons, cylinder with slots on cylindrical surface, transmission mechanism with rollers, combustion chamber, nozzle, valve actuating gear and output shaft. According to invention, each piston has movable connection including shaft with flats, running rollers resting on said flats at two sides and installed on crossmember on opposite ends of which rollers of transforming mechanism are mounted. Configuration of longitudinal profile of cylinder slot is closed multiperiod three-dimensional groove with several extremums and asymmetrical in direction square to development. In one of design versions, rollers are installed in engine housing and groove is made on side surface of piston. EFFECT: increased economy and improved specific mass and dimensional parameters of engine. 8 cl, 7 dwg |
