FIELD: cutting equipment. SUBSTANCE: fruit cutter has cylindrical casing mounted on base and equipped with cover and charging windows. Piston-holder positioned in upper part of casing is connected to vertical motion drive and fixed from turning in horizontal plane by means of dowel. Punch-ejector fixed on piston-holder has slot formed at its lower end in central part thereof, small pins and blind contoured slots over the entire surface. Ring-type die fixed in groove on lower part of casing is made in the form of set of thin-plated inside knives, whose sharpened parts are oriented upward and coincide with contour of blind slots in punch-ejector. Fruit-cutter has replaceable cutting block. Concrete embodiments of attachments for knives, ring-type die, drive, casing are described in Specification. Cutter of such construction may be used for cutting and punching small holes in articles of soft non-metallic materials, in particular, ready-to-eat food products with dense and soft base, pitted fruit, dense flesh vegetables, farinaceous products from thin sheet dough and the like. EFFECT: wider operational capabilities, increased efficiency by wasteless or low-waste manufacture of small-sized vegetable products. 5 dwg
