PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility managing system which accurately grasps the state of a facility with a remote user terminal and also controls the facility with a prescribed remote operation as necessary. SOLUTION: The situation of a storage tank 11 within a building 10 is measured by measuring instruments 12 to 15 and transmitted to a server 38 for management through a data communication network 37. A user terminal 42 fetches information obtained with the measuring instruments of the facility from the server 38 for information management through the Internet communication network 41 to look at the information. Control software provided in the server 38 for management or in the user terminal 42 supplies a control signal to a controller 30 within the building 10 if necessary, and electromagnetic valves 27 to 29 are made to perform are opening/closing operation so that chemicals within chemicals tanks 21 to 23 are appropriately injected into the storage tank 11.
