The reuse registration and management device 5 registers the disused article information in a reuse database 6, obtains URL information on a maker or a commodity related to the disused article information from a maker server 9 by making a search through a search site server 10, and updates the disused article information in the reuse database 6. Further, the reuse registration and administration device 5 generates a homepage by using disused article information registered in the reuse database 6 and registers the URL information of the homepage on the search site server 10. Consequently, the site of the disused article and the site of the search engine can easily be registered.
