<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an education service using a communication line to give a great educational effect by permitting a dialog with an instructor based on a multimedia educational material such as a video image or the like accumulated beforehand, which is distributed on line. SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a two-way communication server 10 which performs two-way communication by multimedia, a contents control server 20 which keeps multimedia contents, a contents distribution server 12 which distributes contents kept in the contents control server to a user's terminal and operation and control systems 50-56 and provides services combining an interactive service and an automatic type service. This also comprises a function to perform an evaluation of a lesson and a test for level judging automatically. It comprises a chart in which members' history of lessons is recorded, a function to automatically create a report of points to be strengthened and an education plan for each individual and a function to pick out a person in need of follow-up automatically.</p> |
