PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce errors in analysis of electromagnetic waves that uses an inhomogeneous cell. SOLUTION: A cell-size deciding means 2 decides on the identity of sizes of ambient cells concerning each of calculation positions P1 and P2 set in an analysis area 1. A first calculating means 3 calculates an electromagnetic field at the calculation position P1, where the cell size deciding means 2 decides that the sizes of the ambient cells are the same by a first calculation method. A second calculating means 4 calculates an electromagnetic field at the calculation position P2, where the cell-size deciding means 2 decides that the sizes of the ambient cells are different by a second calculation method that can perform a calculation with an error which is smaller than that of the first calculation method. An output means 5 outputs electromagnetic field values at each of the calculation positions calculated by the first and second calculating means.
|
