PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article of commerce information display device with which the states of articles in a store can be easily inputted and can be exactly managed and to provide a method and a system for managing articles which utilizes such an article information display device. SOLUTION: As one style of the article information display device, a price card 1 is provided with a bar code reader 1a, a rack number selecting part 1b, an article name display part 1c and a detailed article information display part 1d (a). When an article is displayed at a prescribed position in the store and a bar code added to the article is read by the bar code reader 1a, correspondent article information is displayed on the article name display part 1c/ detailed article information display part 1d (c) (d). Further, when the input of a rack position is required, the input is conducted from the rack number selecting part 1b which is a touch panel display.
