PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable transmission/reception of optional information by eliminating restriction of the numbers in a cooperation of application among computers via a proxy. SOLUTION: This data transmission system is constituted of a client computer 1 having a dummy request information generating part 21 to output dummy request information in place of request information from a subjective application 11 and a sequence monitoring/timer part 30 to instruct generation of the dummy request information after elapse of prescribed time after receiving response information from a server at a cooperating destination and a server 2 having a dummy response information generating part 31 to output the dummy response information in place of the response information of an application 12 and a sequence monitoring/timer part 40 to instruct generation of the dummy response information after the elapse of the prescribed time after receiving the request information from a client at a requesting origin.
