The manufacturing method has individual aluminium alloy extruded profiles (3,4) locked together by inserting rail projections (321,421,433) of one profile into corresponding channels (312,412,430) of an adjacent profile, with application of pressure in a transverse direction, for clamping the rail projection in the channel by plastic deformation of pure aluminium or aluminium alloy wires (2) previously inserted in the channels.
