<p>Hybrid resorbable biocompatible material, suitable particularly for medical purposes, such as biosynthetic skin substitute, consists of 50 to 94.8 wt. % of integral enzymatically processed collagen and of macromolecular aliphatic diol to polyol and form 50 to 5 wt. % of hyaluronic acid and/ or salt thereof and aliphatic di- to polyisocyanate as a cross-linking agent, and optionally fortifying component. It is prepared by the reaction of initial compounds, mainly of collagen, atelocollagen, or its mixture with aliphatic diol to polyol and with hyaluronic acid, eventually with the salt thereof in the environment of organic or mineral acid. After drying under the temperature less than 60 °C the material is applicable, particularly after at least particular cross-linking by aliphatic di- to polyisocyanate, washing and drying. Material is sterilised, most preferably by gamma-radiation.</p> |
