PURPOSE: Provided is a disposable absorbent product having a double barrier cuff which remarkably reduces leakage when a user lies on his(her) side as well as on his(her) back. CONSTITUTION: The disposable absorbent product includes a liquid permeable top sheet, a liquid impermeable back sheet, an absorbent core disposed between the top sheet and the back sheet, and a fastening tools. The disposable absorbent product also includes at least two barrier cuffs at both sides of a crotch between the outer edge of the absorbent core and the edge of the disposable absorbent product. The barrier cuff is divided into an inner barrier cuff having an inner barrier cuff flab bonding part, an end part of the barrier cuff, a bonding part of the end part of the barrier cuff, a barrier cuff elastic body, an inner barrier cuff flab and a barrier cuff side flab and an outer barrier cuff having an outer barrier cuff flab bonding part, an end part of the barrier cuff, a bonding part of the end part of the barrier cuff, a barrier cuff elastic body, an outer barrier cuff flab and a barrier cuff side flab.
