PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwater utilization system in which fine dirt, grime, and dust or the like are hard to remain at a branch flow passage part of a branch pipe and a confluent passage part of a confluent pipe. SOLUTION: The rainwater utilization system is characterized in that the branch pipe, by which rainwater of a down pipe is branched to the water receiving passage side, is provided to the down pipe, the confluent pipe, by which overflowed water of a water overflowing passage is made confluent to the down pipe, is provided to the vertical rainwater gutter, and moreover, the confluent pipe is arranged in the lower direction of the branch pipe, the branch flow passage part of the branch pipe, which is connected so as to communicate with the water receiving passage side, inclines downwardly toward the water receiving passage side, and the confluent passage part of the confluent pipe, which is connected so as to communicate with the down pipe, inclines downwardly toward the inside of the confluent pipe from the water overflowing passage side.
