<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing a tray-shaped paper-made container which does not need to change a mold even when the size of the container is changed, can be produced by a mold of the same shape, and contributes to cost reduction. SOLUTION: The apparatus is composed of a box making part for making a provisional tray-shaped container by making a box from a blank sheet by a box making mold, a transfer for transferring the provisional container to a vacuum forming recessed mold, a resin film adhesion part for laminating/ bonding a synthetic resin film by a vacuum forming method, and a trimming part for cutting a tray-shaped container integrated with the continuous synthetic resin film. The vacuum forming recessed mold 130 is made of a square cylinder- shaped side plate 10 and a bottom plate 20, and the bottom plate 20 is fixed to the side plate 10 by an adjust bolt 30.</p> |
