PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the molding efficiency by facilitating the assembling of a seal rubber 3 into a bottom 1. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a composite resin molded product with a hollow elastic part comprises the steps to form a bottom 1 in a thermoplastic resin between split cavity mold halves 11 and 12 using an injection molding process, then move back a slide part 13 formed on a part corresponding to a fitted projecting part 10 to be formed in a part of the bottom 1 and thus form a space 14 and further, fill it with an insufficient, amount of an elastomer resin. Thus the elastomer resin is gas injection-molded and the hollow seal rubber 3 is formed integrally with the bottom 1 in one piece.
