PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film manufacturing method capable of reducing fluctuations in the thickness of a film manufactured by preventing the generation of the minute vibration of an endless belt. SOLUTION: The film is manufactured by a solution casting film forming method constituted so that a dope of a raw material resin is cast on the endless belt 1 to form a web W which is, in turn, peeled from the endless belt 1 and the peeled web W is dried to obtain the film F.
