PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement method, for a battery voltage, in which the generation of a measurement error due to complication of an interconnection in the constitution of a voltage measurement circuit and due to the influence of wiring impedance can be reduced, when the battery voltage of a secondary battery is measured. SOLUTION: When a discharging load 111 which can be turned on and off is in ON-state, the discharging load 111 is set to OFF-state, the voltage of a battery 101 is measured. When the discharging load 111 is in OFF-state, the discharging load 111 is kept in OFF-state, and the voltage of the battery 101 is measured. Regarding a battery 101 and a battery 103, their voltages are measured in the same method.
