PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a gear-in parking brake to be able to obtain sufficient braking power in a short period time after cutting of an engine. SOLUTION: The control device of a gear-in parking brake 70 to be combined with a power transmission device with a clutch mechanism which is automatically cut-off when the engine is stopped, is equipped with a hydraulic circuit 19 which supplies a pressure oil to control activation and non-activation of the gear-in parking brake. The gear-in parking brake 70 enters non-activation status by continuously being supplied with the pressure oil from a hydraulic power circuit 19 when the engine is driving, and enters activation status when the engine is stopped and oil pressure of the hydraulic power circuit 19 is declined. Furthermore, the hydraulic power circuit 19 is equipped with a hydraulic downturn facilitation means to lower the oil pressure in a short period of time.
