PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for producing a component with which deformation and damage in the component can be prevented and energy efficiency is improved. SOLUTION: A guide cylinder 20 is arranged so as to penetrate a heat- insulating box 10 having a heating chamber 10R and on a portion faced to the heating chamber 10R at the outer periphery of the guide cylinder 20, a tungsten electric heating wire 30 is wound. In the guide cylinder 20, a conveying shaft 40 forming a V-shaped conveying groove 40G (spiral projection 40P as the spiral state on the outer periphery and a charging hole 21 for coil electrode as fluorescent lamp parts at one end part side of the guide cylinder 20 and a discharging hole 22 at the other end part side, are arranged. At every times when the conveying groove 40G appears in the charging hole 21, while conveying the coil electrode charged onto the conveying groove 40G from the charging hole 21 one by one with the rotated conveying shaft 40, i.e., a screw feeder system, the component is heated at a stress-removal annealing temperature with the tungsten electric heating wire 30 to apply the annealing treatment.
