PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely advance paper to a clamping position for a pair of double folding rollers and to remove a swell in a paper bundle passing through the clamping position for a pair of the double folding rollers in a paper post- processing device clamping a double folding part in the paper bundle by means of a pair of the double folding rollers for double folding processing. SOLUTION: This paper post-processing device is provided with at least a pair of the double folding rollers 671 rotationally driven to be pressed to each other in the clamping position and a double folding knife 661 pushed into the paper bundle Sa conveying directional central part toward the clamping position X1 for a pair of the double folding rollers 671. The paper bundle Sa is conveyed at a low speed until the edge of the double folding part in the paper bundle Sa passing through the clamping position X1 for a pair of the double folding rollers 671 reaches a predetermined position Z1. After the edge of the double folding part in the paper bundle Sa passes through the predetermined position Z1, the paper bundle Sa is conveyed at a high speed.
