PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing bag capable of closely covering a groove of a column body having the groove without displacement. SOLUTION: The sealing bag 1 is constituted of an outside cylinder 2 and an inside cylinder 3 inserted inside of the outside cylinder 2 having the approximately same diameter as that of the outside cylinder 2, both ends of the outside cylinder 2 and the inside cylinder 3 are consecutively connected, and it is an invertible double cylinder forming a space between the outside cylinder 2 and the inside cylinder 3.
