PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that in a conventional muffler, the space for the muffler or mounting thereof is required inside a hull, an unusable space occurs due to the installation of the muffler, a brace is needed to support the muffler and further, since the muffler is integrally fixed to the inside of the hull, maintenance such as cleaning of the muffler inside is unavailable. SOLUTION: The muffler is composed of a hull outer plate 19 and a sound- muffling case 20 arranged on a stem outside. The sound-muffling case 20 is formed in a U shape in a plan view and is detachably fixed to the hull outer plate 19 by a fixing means such as a bolt so as to cover an opening 21. An exhaust pipe hole 22 is bored on the rear face of the sound-muffling case 20 to discharge an exhaust gas therefrom.
