PURPOSE: A front suspension for a vehicle is provided to improve driving experience by supporting bouncing with a half spring and a coil spring and holding surging or lurching with the half spring and a lateral rod. CONSTITUTION: A suspension for front wheels of a vehicle is composed of a half spring(26) installed between a front mounting bracket(14) combined with a side frame(10) and an axle(22); a lateral rod(28) installed between the rear part of the half spring and a rear mounting bracket(16) combined with the side frame; and a shock absorber(24) installed between the half spring and the side frame. Vertical load from the road surface during traveling is supported with the half spring and the coil spring, and horizontal load is supported with the half spring and the lateral rod.
