The invention relates to a revolving belt advertising device (1.1) that is characterized in that a continuous belt (2) is guided in a loop across two rotating, horizontally disposed cylinders (3; 4) that are disposed within the loop and that engage with the belt in the zone of the belt returns (5, 5'), with at least one of the cylinders being driven. The device further comprises a base frame (6) that carries the bearing of the second, non-driven cylinder (4). The bridging elements are flexible rods (9, 10, 11, 12) that are subject to buckling stress and that tighten the continuous belt (2) between the two cylinders (3; 4). In the lower zone of the base frame the driving cylinder (3) is driven by a hub-drive motor (8). |
