An image processing inspection apparatus(A) comprises a TV camera(1), a plurality of image-processing-use image memories(11a,11b) which are provided for a plurality of screen frames, a plurality of display-use image memories(10a,10b) which are provided for a plurality of screen frames, a display monitor(5), a CPU(18) and a switch means(12x,12y,13,16) for selectively connecting for each screen frame one of the image-processing-use image memories(11a,11b) with the TV camera(1) and the CPU(18), and one of the display-use image memories(10a,10b) with the TV camera(1) and the display monitor(5).
