The work station comes as a box (2) on castors (12, 13), the front castors provided with locking devices. The two longer sides (3) can be converted into desktops (6) by being folded around horizontal axles, at least one submersible flat screen monitor (10) is integrated (8) in the rear of the main top surface (4) which can be swiveled around a vertical holding bar (15) when pulled into working position. Drives and speakers are hidden behind the folded desktops, a printer and a rack holding suspended files can be accessed when one of the shorter sides (11) of the box is pulled to the front. Two or more boxes (2) can be combined and arranged in order to provide a complete office to be used by several people and to be easily stored when not in use.
