PURPOSE: Provided is a brush for make-up characteristically having a grip of which length can be variable by snap locking method, and a stand. CONSTITUTION: In the brush for a make-up consisting of an inner tub linked to a grip at the lower part of the brush(11), and an outer tub equipped with the inner tub, the inner tub comprises an upper stopping part(23) at its upper part, a plurality of upper snap projections(25), a hollow part(27), a lower stopping part(29) at the circumference of the hollow, and a lower snap projection(31) at the upper circumference of the lower stopping part.
